
It was all about the points leaders this past weekend at Flamboro Speedway, as each of them were able to score the victory in their respective OSCAAR class.
Now with the Hot Rods and Pro Sprints in action this weekend, here is a critical update.
Queenston Chevrolet Buick GMC, Scott Reinhart Trailer Sales Ltd OSCAAR Modified Series
A victory at Flamboro Speedway allows A.J. Emms to extend his advantage to 50 points, with Jason Keen moving up to second following his eighth-place finish. Anthony DiBello drops to third following an incident on-track, followed by Luke Gignac and Norman Newman. Currently, positions second through fifth are only separated by 23 points.
Dale Reinhart moves up to sixth virtue of another podium performance, followed by Gary Elliott, Shawn Chenoweth, Jase Cornell, and Brad Pearsall.
Alternatively, Newman leads DiBello by three points in the MavTV Canada Rookie of the Year Standings following seven features in 2019. Bryan Batty and Jim Bowman round out the rookie points.
In the newly added John Harper Hard Charger Award standings, Norman Newman continues to hold the top spot, three points over Reinhart. Chenoweth ranks third, followed by Emms and Cornell. The top-five are only separated by 12 points.
The Queenston Chevrolet Buick GMC, Scott Reinhart Trailer Sales Ltd OSCAAR Modifieds are back in action on Saturday, September 21 and Sunday, September 22 at Sunset Speedway, with the Iron Man 72 presented by Quaker State and Gary Elliott Motorsports.
Knightworks Design, Scott Reinhart Trailer Sales Ltd OSCAAR Hot Rod Series
Two-time and defending series champion Tyler Hawn currently leads Steve Book by 40 points following the series’ most recent event at Flamboro Speedway, presented by Ohsweken Speedway.
Nick Clarke moves up into third in points, followed by Jeremy McLean and Dalen Martin. Bob Parsons has worked his way up to sixth, followed by Rodney Rutherford, Dan Rothwell, Paul Senior, and Brandon Robertson.
Altneratively, the Ohsweken Speedway Rookie of the Year standings currently features at tie at the top of the board between Bob Parsons and Rodney Rutherford. Martin has slipped back to third, followed by Robertson and Sean Walker. Robert Robinson sits sixth, followed by Leroy Robinson, Greg Belyea, Bradley Holt, and Ryan Cowan.
In the newly added John Harper Hard Charger Award standings, Steve Book has extended his advantage to 13 points over Adrian Foster. Hawn has moved up to third, followed by Mclean and Robertson.
The Knightworks Design, Scott Reinhart Trailer Sales Ltd OSCAAR Hot Rod Series is back in action on Saturday, August 31, at Jukasa Motor Speedway, presented by Engine By Hal.
Living Lighting Canada, Scott Reinhart Trailer Sales Ltd OSCAAR Pro Sprints
A victory at Flamboro Speedway allows Daniel Hawn to extend the points lead, now 31 points ahead of James Stanley. Rob Summers remains third after placing third, followed by Kevin Taylor and Brad Holmes.
Ryan Battilana slips back to fourth following his motor failure at Flamboro, followed by Jaden Riddell, Tyler Cullen, Dylan Little, and Gary Triska.
Alternatively, Brad Holmes leads the Hinkley Lighting Rookie of the Year Standings by nine points over Little. Rob McCall moves up into third, followed by Russ Couture and Owen Elliott.
In the newly added John Harper Hard Charger Award standings, Daniel Hawn holds down the top spot, 12 points ahead of James Stanley. Jaden Riddell remains third, followed by Ryan Battilana and Rob Summers.
The Living Lighting, Scott Reinhart Trailer Sales Ltd OSCAAR Pro Sprints will be back in action on Saturday, August 31 at Sauble Speedway, with their feature presented by Queenston Chevrolet Buick GMC.
