MILLGROVE, Ontario — After an exciting weekend at Delaware Speedway, it’s no secret the Queenston Chevrolet Buick GMC OSCAAR Modifieds presented by Just Foam It are ready to roll into Flamboro Speedway this coming weekend on Saturday, October 1 for Frostoberfest.
Dale Reinhart will hope to keep the momentum rolling following four top-five’s in his last five series starts. In his previous 11 appearances at Flamboro, he has nine top-eight’s, including a pair of runner-ups.
Jason Keen hopes to keep the steady consistency rolling following three straight top-six finishes, including his win at Flamboro last month. In his last six starts at the Millgrove track, he has posted four top-five’s with just one finish worse than eighth.
Wally Wilson hopes to score another top-10 finish, after placing 10th at Delaware Speedway. Notably, his best finish to date at Flamboor Speedway is 12th on two occasions.
Andy Kamrath is currently in the middle of a hot streak, riding a wave of three wins and a runner-up in the last four races, with a total of six victories this season. He has been fast at Flamboro Speedway in each previous appearance, scoring four straight podiums including two victories.
Tommy Robb hopes to return to the top-10, following five consecutive results with a best finish of 11th.
TJ Edwards has been fast all season to date, as evident by six top-five’s in the last eight races, including a victory at Delaware in July. He has ran well at Flamboro in the past, with finishes of second and eighth.
After a rough start to the year, Paul Townsend has somewhat turned things around with three straight top-10 performances. He got to hold the checkered flag at Flamboro after winning a heat in 2021, backed up by an 11th-place finish in the feature.
Tyler Liscum has been rocky to date, with three top-10’s but bad luck plaguing the team. Notably, one of those top-10’s was at Flamboro in August with a ninth.
Bryan Batty hopes to keep the momentum rolling after five top-10’s in his last five tour appearances, including a trio of top-five’s. He showed speed at Flamboro back in August en route to a seventh.
Norman Newman hopes to see his momentum continue into Flamboro this weekend, after scoring a fifth at Delaware last weekend for his second straight top-10 appearance in the series. He was sixth at Flamboro in August.
Tim Gordon hopes to improve upon his performance at Flamboro back in August, where he was able to score a 10th-place finish.
Luke Gignac enters this weekend hoping to return to the top-10, following an 11th-place finish in his most recent tour appearance. He knows his way around Flamboro as he won an event in June 2017, and has backed it up with four top-five’s in his last seven appearances.
A.J. Emms enters this weekend with confidence, following seven consecutive podium finishes. The Millgrove, Ontario track has treated him well with a pair of victories and seven podiums over the past four seasons.
Herb Walters’ consistency is something he hopes to see return, after following three straight top-10’s with a 14th-place finish at Flamboro last month.
Steve Trendell will look to be part of the conversation this weekend, after scoring a third in his first appearance with the tour in 2022 at Delaware in July. Unfortunately, this past weekend did not see the results repeat on the half-mile with a ball joint breaking on the last lap. He knows his way around Flamboro from Canadian Vintage Modified competition, and placed ninth in last year’s feature.
Jake Watson has become a dark horse on the tour, as evident by no finishes worse than ninth through seven appearances in 2022 including a season-best fourth. He knows his way around Flamboro, as evident by previous trips to victory lane in the Mini Stock and a fifth in August.
Brad Pearsall will hope to have a solid performance after starting the year with motor issues in the season opener at Sunset Speedway. He has been fast at Flamboro Speedway in the past, scoring three top-fives in his most recent string of appearances including a runner-up.
TJ Marshall should be fast, having proven his knowledge at Flamboro with multiple trips to victory lane in CVM competition.
Bob Franks hopes to keep the momentum rolling after picking up a 10th-place finish at Peterborough Speedway.
Beyond those mentioned here, there are other drivers that may show-up this weekend so be sure to be in attendance to see these cars in action.
